Refund policy


Users or customers may request returns or exchanges, within the territory of Continental Chile, according to the grounds established by the Consumer Law.

Regarding causes not contemplated in said Law, these may be accepted by the supplier, in order to obtain full customer satisfaction.

Only unused products will be received, with their original labels and packaging and together with the respective ticket or exchange ticket (in the case of returns, only a ticket is accepted).

Please note that products purchased on clearance do not carry the same rights as full price products.

To access this benefit, the customer can request a change in the distribution center and can request a return of the product or send the product to our distribution center by the chosen courier company.

After the first 10 days from the reception of the product at the address indicated by the client, no refunds can be made when the reasons are attributable to personal tastes or appreciations of the client.

Return shipping will be paid by the buyer, unless the return is due to product failure.


The refund of the money will depend on the payment method used and only the value of the dispatch will be returned in case the reason for the return is due to failure and the entire order is returned.
